Brittany is a CMA and convinced Steve to let her burn bacteria out of his ear. She lit a hollow candle on fire, put it in his ear and it pulled out a bunch of stuff that we had no idea was in there. It was sooo cool.

I'm so Proud
When Steve and I got married in 2001, I never thought that he would go off to a war zone. We were 18 and young and in love. We got married in May and then September 11th came. After that our lives together have never been what we thought it would be. Steve went to Kuwait in February of 2003 and Christopher was born in April. That will forever stay with both of us, and our son. Then came the decision to re-enlist in the Marine Corps for another tour. It was a decision we made on what we knew and where we wanted to go. Although we did not see Steve being sent to Iraq, we are dealing with it the best way we know how. I am so proud of my husband, he truly is my hero!! Watching him walk away was the hardest thing I've ever had to do but running into his arms will be the best feeling ever. Forever Proud .Always Faithful.

Kid Rock Concert.....My first concert ever
This weekend I went up to visit my in-laws and made my way to a Kid rock concert. It was a lot more fun than I thought it was going to be, considering I listen to country music and dont prefer to hear songs with lyrics "I want to fuck your wife". tailgating before the concert was the most fun and I met a lot of new people and got to catch up with people that my husband has know since he was 10. I wish there were more stories!!! Of course I wish he was there to share it with me since I hate having fun knowing that he is in a sand pit, sweating his balls off, not sleeping in his comfort zone. I was having fun in his honor. Thanks Matt and Ginny for inviting me. It was fun watching drunk people dance and girls in skimpy outfits when it was going to storm and guys trying to get in their pants. I'm so glad I'm not in that place, but I had a lot of fun!!
